如果你已經 在文件中加入了背景色或圖片 ，並且想要這樣列印，請確保以下設定已開啟：
前往 檔案>選項。
選擇 顯示。
在列印選項中選擇列印背景色與圖片。
前往 Word>偏好設定。
在 輸出與分享中，選擇 列印。
在 列印選項中，選擇 列印背景色與圖片 的勾選框。
關閉列印對話框，然後切換到 檔案>列印。
